At Last Place Leadership, we value transparency, integrity, and respect for our clients’ time and investment. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued for products and services purchased through lastplaceleadership.com.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content—including but not limited to downloadable resources, digital courses, toolkits, templates, and written materials—all sales of digital products are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at Lindsay.Boyle@lastplaceleadership.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Coaching, Advisory, and Consulting Services
Payments for coaching, advisory, consulting, and leadership development services are non-refundable once services have begun.
If a session or engagement must be rescheduled, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a forfeited session at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Missed sessions

Early termination of an engagement

Dissatisfaction based on subjective outcomes or expectations
Speaking Engagements and Events
All speaking engagements, workshops, retreats, and events are subject to the terms outlined in the signed agreement or contract.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Deposits are non-refundable

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event are not eligible for a refund
If an event must be canceled or rescheduled by Last Place Leadership due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose between a rescheduled date or a full refund of fees paid (excluding non-recoverable expenses).
Subscriptions
If we offer subscription-based content or memberships, cancellations will stop future billing. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of Last Place Leadership, including:

Duplicate charges

Technical errors on our part

Legal or regulatory requirements
Any approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
