Lindsay Boyle has spent nearly two decades leading transformation in one of the world’s largest medical device companies. As a strategist, operator, and executive leader, she has rebuilt organizations, launched new technologies, and led global cultural change initiatives.
Her doctoral research on psychological safety and quality in healthcare revealed a simple truth: when leaders create environments where people feel safe to speak up, innovation accelerates, teams thrive, and lives are saved.
